About Beach Pilates
Laura Lynn is a Second-Generation Pilates teacher as well as Fully Certifed STOTT PILATES® specializing in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels & ISP (injuries and special populations). With a background in gymnastics, dance & over 12 years of fitness instructing prior to her pilates journey, Laura Lynn has a keen eye and effervescent passion that comes through in every session.
Laura Lynn strives to help each of her clients improve their body awareness and is inspired & motivated by her clients to share her enthusiasm of our bodies' amazing capabilities. "Both the fitness and therapeutic benefits of pilates are exciting to explore with the people that I work with"
Laura has experience working with people from all backgrounds & ages - from beginners to professional athletes - people with pain or dysfunction such as low back pain sufferers, rotator cuff injuries, total knee replacement, to those who want to tone & strenghten and improve their posture.
Laura Lynn studied & certified at STOTT PILATES® corporate headquarters in Toronto and is continuously training through workshops and intensive courses such as Therapeutic & Rehabilitative aspects of pilates, pre & post natal pilates, MAT™(Muscle Activation Technique), myofascial studies, breath work & more.
Laura is also a well-known Toronto entertainer with her own band The Laura Lynn Band, as well as a busy voice actor in many national tv and radio commercials.

Stott V2 Max Reformers
Beach Pilates has four Stott V2 Max Plus reformers in our studio that we use for reformer and tower exercises.
Beach Pilates' new Cadillac Reformer. A staple of every well-equipped Pilates facility, the Cadillac offers an extensive range of applications for everyone from post-rehab clients to athletes. There are many elements to this machine: leg springs, arm springs, fuzzy loops to hang from, a push-through bar to stretch you out, and even a trapeze. The trapeze was the original add on accessory to the machine which is why it is also known as a “trap” table.
The Ladder Barrel
From beginners to the fully conditioned exerciser, the Ladder Barrel challenges core stability and strength for every Pilates enthusiast. This piece is designed for serious core conditioning and to increase flexibility and mobility.
The Stability Chair (Wunda Chair)
Ideal for those who need to stay in a seated or upright position. The Stability Chair also helps rebalance muscles and provides an intensive full-body workout. It facilitates high-performance exercises for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, as well as rehab client.
