Bootcamp (2 or 3x per week)
The ‘early bird gets the worm’ OR maybe they just get their share of cardio and muscle strengthening! All in the wee hours every Monday, Wednesday and Friday!
This 4-week program starts at 6:00am and lasts for 1 hour. You’ll see and feel results for yourself with a commitment of either 8 or 12 workouts per month. No forced contracts here, pay month to month!
