What to Expect….
This Online Breathing workshop will cover 3 breathing practices along with an overview of the basic mechanics of breathing, our nervous system, and simple tests you can conduct at home.
Breathing is a safe and effective way to help relieve stress and anxiety, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep.
No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
No equipment necessary other than your Mat, and possibly a chair to sit in depending on your own body’s comfort and needs.
• We’ll send you the specific ZOOM link the night before the workshop. Make sure to have your device ready (best viewing is with a laptop, desktop or iPad… but a cell phone will work too) and be sure to have ZOOM downloaded onto your device. We usually suggest joining the link 5-10 minutes prior to the Workshop to ensure you are set and ready to go for start time.
It is suggested to avoid caffeine and sugar up to 1 hour before doing the Workshop, as they interfere with our nervous system and potential results. 😉
