the bootybarre® classes are a unique, fun, high energy class built on a strong foundation of Pilates and fuses elements of Dance, Fitness and Yoga combined with cardiovascular intervals.  the bootybarre® is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardio element using the barre.

This course includes training to teach the bootybarre® PLUS™  class.

bbarre less® is a fusion style class with a true foundation of Pilates performed to the beat of the music. You will experience a mind body connection fused with dance, Pilates and Yoga.

This new format will help you focus on control with increasing flexibility to improve your overall strength. Cardio blasts and pilates elements come together perfectly. You will lift and lengthen while toning and actively stretching.  bbarre less® is about connecting your mind to the body, so that you not only move with precision but also have FUN and BURN calories.

Classic barre exercises have been adapted to be performed in the center of the room either standing or on the floor. You will challenge the core for balance and total body proprioception. Dancers have performed floor barre for generations, as it allows them to explore new movements and gives them the strength to move with elegance and ease utilizing the floor for support.
