Laura Lynn is a lover of movement and ‘never-stop-learning’  Pilates instructor.  She has 4 Full Comprehensive Pilates Certifications with 1 more on the way, as she is currently finishing her Authentic Pilates comprehensive certification with the New York Pilates Studio® NYPS training.  (STOTT Pilates® ,  BASI Pilates® and UNO® Classical Pilates, as well as having been invited into & completing a 2 Year Comprehensive Master/Mentor program with Lolita SanMiguel (1st generation instructor). She also trained in the Master/Mentor program with Rael Isacowitz of BASI Pilates®.

Laura Lynn is a Level  3 FST™ Fascial Stretch Specialist (Stretch To Win™), 1 of only 50 in Canada, and was a Master Trainer for Tracey Mallett’s world famous barre classes, bootybarre®.
Laura Lynn has also studied extensively in the US and Canada with special interest in Foot mechanics, Shoulder, Pelvis and Pelvic Floor, Complete Cadaver Dissection with Gil Hedley, she is a 1st Level Hypopressive (Low Pressure Fitness) Instructor, LifeStretch® instructor(stretch to win™), ELDOA Level 1, Garuda® trained in Mat, Barre and Roller,  fully Jumpstart trained in the M.A.T. (muscle activation technique)Technique, she is the 1st in Canada to be a certified SpringTone® instructor, studies myofascial (Anatomy Trains)applications to movement, and completed a full Pilates Rehabilitation program after completing her 1st comprehensive Pilates certification.  These, and several more courses and workshops (too many to list) have added to Laura Lynn’s expertise in movement prescription and correction.

Laura has experience working with people from all backgrounds & ages – from beginners to professional athletes – people with pain or dysfunction such as low back pain sufferers, rotator cuff injuries, total knee replacement, to those who want to tone & strengthen and improve their posture.
Laura is also a well-known Toronto entertainer with her own band The Laura Lynn Band, as well as a busy voice actor in many national tv and radio commercials.
