Private sessions are a perfect way to introduce you to the Pilates Method, and to help with any physical injuries that may inhibit you from participating in Group Classes or that you may be post-rehabilitating.

Suitable for all ages, from beginner to advanced participants, you’ll get customized sessions that are tailored to your goals and needs.
Private sessions are recommended for all new participants to Pilates, so that we can assess your movement, create effective and progressive workouts for you, and to offer any modifications that might be helpful for you when entering Group classes —and although these are not an ongoing mandatory, Private Sessions are a very effective way to get the most out of your Pilates experience.
