pThe Beach Pilates Bootcamp program is a 4-week program that starts at 6:00am and lasts for 1 hour.
You’ll see and feel results for yourself with a commitment of either 8 or 12 workouts per month.
Traditional fitness methods and techniques are used in this head to toe group workout class. You’ll use your body weight, hand weights, kettle bells, and the Spin bikes for circuits of ‘wake me up’ intervals, bound to keep you in top shape…. with no excuses to miss your workout because you’re too busy.
All classes are held indoors at Beach Pilates.
Pay month to month, or choose to use AutoRenew & benefit with 10% discount on Beach Pilates Indoor cycling and Pilates Mat-based classes, to compliment your Bootcamp experience.
You can DO it!
** NOTE – Indoor workout shoes are mandatory, (as opposed to using the shoes you wore to the studio), as Beach Pilates is a ‘No Shoes’ studio.
