BootyBarre ® Plus

The bootybarre® method is a Pilates based barre workout that incorporates elements of dance as well as yoga, into a full body & booty, heart pumping, cardio and muscle class set to music. bootybarre® stands alone in its use of fluid movements as well, allowing the muscles to stretch and lengthen in addition to the strengthening and toning work.

There’ll be plenty of abs and arms and a lot of great standing and balance work. This is a really fun class that’ll have you smiling as you do it, but remembering it the next day 🙂

BootyBarre® Flex & Flow has all of the same great barre work for your legs and body, as well as amazing sculpting work using the TheraBand.
